This high quality chime stand is produced by a wood turner and made out of solid beech wood. It is twice coated with clear lacquer for optimal protection.
Beech wood is considered a hardwood and is denser and harder than pine wood for example.
It has a moderate to high density, which makes it more resistant to wear and tear.
The wood we use for our 'Flower of Life Stand' has a tight, fine, and even grain pattern.
It is light to medium brown in color and has a smooth, consistent texture. We like to use the more expensive beech wood due to its appealing appearance.
