De resonantiebuis van de Zaphir-bel, gemaakt van langvezelig celluloid, is ontworpen volgens de principes van de ' Gulden Snede ' zoals beschreven door Da Vinci. Dit garandeert de beste geluidskwaliteit en resonantie.
De gong bestaat uit 8 metalen koorden van verschillende lengtes die stevig met zilver zijn vastgelast in een metalen ring aan de basis. De nauwkeurige afstemming zorgt voor een harmonieuze interactie van tonen en boventonen.
Wanneer de Zaphir-gong zachtjes wordt bewogen of in de wind wordt gehangen, produceert hij een onverwachte en betoverende melodie die de luisteraar meeneemt. Deze gong is het perfecte cadeau voor elke gelegenheid.

De mooie kleurafwerking van de verf en lak is milieuvriendelijk , de houten delen zijn in de was gezet.

Deze handgemaakte, hoogwaardige klankkast is gemaakt van beukenhout.
Voor optimale bescherming is het voorzien van een blanke lak.
Er passen 4 Zaphir-klokkenspelen in en de staven van de draaischijf hebben uitsparingen zodat de klokkenspelen veilig op hun plaats blijven.
De montage van de losse onderdelen is zeer eenvoudig.
Je bevestigt de pilaar aan de sokkel, plaatst de draaischijf erop en zet hem vast met de houten knop. Nu is je prachtige draaibare klokkenstandaard klaar om je prachtige klokken te presenteren .
Beukenhout wordt beschouwd als hardhout en is dichter en harder dan bijvoorbeeld grenenhout. Het heeft een gemiddelde tot hoge dichtheid, waardoor het beter bestand is tegen slijtage.
Het hout dat we gebruiken voor onze 'Bloem des Levens'-standaard heeft een strakke, fijne en gelijkmatige nerf. Het is licht- tot middelbruin van kleur en heeft een gladde , consistente textuur . We gebruiken graag het duurdere beukenhout vanwege het aantrekkelijke uiterlijk .

Let op: Hoewel de binnen- en buitenkant van de Zaphir-bel beschermd zijn, kunnen weersomstandigheden invloed hebben op de bel. Regelmatig behandelen met vernis of olie helpt uw bel te beschermen.
